In addition to social aid activities, volunteers also carried out evangelistic initiatives. They sailed in boats along the Ucayalí River to reach the community of Panaillo, where the Nueva Esperanza Seventh-day Adventist Church is located, bringing food and the word of God to its residents there. There they distributed Bibles and also prayed with them.

Thinking about the new generations, the young volunteers held a healthy eating and habits fair to teach local boys and girls how to keep their bodies and minds healthy. Likewise, they developed a “Vacation Bible School” program where they played with them, made crafts together, and told them Bible stories.
